CRM

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module is where you manage your sales pipeline — turning enquiries into paying subscribers. It has three parts:

PageWhat it's for
CRM DashboardA snapshot of your pipeline: open leads, won leads, outstanding quotations and pending tasks, plus a sales-funnel chart.
QuotationsPrice quotes you prepare for prospects or existing customers — which can be converted into invoices.
LeadsProspective customers, each walked through a step-by-step onboarding pipeline until they become an active subscriber.

The sales journey

A typical flow through CRM:

  1. A lead is captured — someone enquires (via your website, WhatsApp, a call, etc.) and you record them as a Lead.
  2. The lead is onboarded — you move them through the onboarding pipeline: checking feasibility, sending a quotation, installing the connection, creating and verifying their account, and finally activating service.
  3. A quotation is prepared — as part of that (or standalone), you raise a Quotation with prices, which the customer can accept.
  4. It becomes a subscriber & an invoice — the quotation is converted into an invoice, and the lead's account is created and activated — at which point they exist in the Subscribers module and are billed via Finance.

Who Can Use This Feature

Sales, front-desk and onboarding staff. Each page and action is controlled by its own permission.
