Customize Your Dashboard
Overview
You can choose which info boxes and report panels appear on your Dashboard, so it shows the information that matters most to your work. This page explains how to open the Dashboard settings and change what is displayed.

- The Dashboard reloads with your chosen blocks.
Field Reference
| Setting | Required | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subscriber Type | No | Which subscriber types the Dashboard counts (multi-select). | Regular, MAC, Lease, Voucher |
| Info Boxes | No | Which single-number summary boxes appear across the top. | Total Subscribers, Online Subscribers, Active Subscribers, Expiring Today, Open Tickets, Site Balance, Total Unpaid Amount, Expired Subscribers, Open Leads |
| Panels | No | Which report tables/charts appear below. | Subscriber Report, Live Session Report |
What Happens After Saving
Your selections are saved to your Dashboard and applied immediately. Only blocks your role can view are available to switch on.
Important Notes
- Turning a block off only hides it from your Dashboard view — it does not delete any data.
- If a block you expect isn't in the list, your role may not have permission to view it.
Common Mistakes
- Expecting a block to appear that your role isn't permitted to see — permissions come first, display settings second.
- Forgetting to save before leaving the page.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No Config button on the Dashboard | Your role lacks Update Dashboard Config | Ask your administrator to grant it in Permissions → Roles. |
| A block can't be switched on | Your role can't view that block | Request the relevant view permission. |
| Changes didn't stick | Not saved, or a browser issue | Re-open Config, make the change and save again; reload the page. |
