Common Features You'll See Everywhere
Netzur IMBS reuses the same building blocks across almost every module. Learn them once here, and the rest of the guides won't need to repeat them.
Audit Timeline
Most Edit screens have an Audit Timeline tab. It shows the change history for that single item — who changed it, what changed (old value → new value), and when. It's the same idea everywhere: a per-record log you can open to see exactly what happened to that NAS, package, subscriber, invoice, zone, and so on.
You don't act on the Audit Timeline — it's there for reference and accountability. When a guide mentions an Audit Timeline tab, this is what it means.
Lists (tables)
Most modules open on a list with a common toolbar:
- Search — quick text search across the rows.
- Filter — narrow the list by specific criteria.
- Column — choose which columns to show.
- Export — download the list (e.g. to a spreadsheet).
- Show N rows — how many rows per page.
- Pagination — Previous / page numbers / Next at the bottom.
Rows usually offer per-row actions (open, edit, or view related pages) — the guides call these out where they matter.
Add and Edit forms
- Fields marked with a red * are required.
- Many forms group fields into sections (sometimes collapsible) or tabs.
- Toggles (on/off switches) turn options on or off; some fields only appear when a related toggle is on.
- Save creates a new record; Update saves changes to an existing one.
Deleting with password confirmation
For sensitive records, Delete asks you to re-enter your own account password (and sometimes a remark) before it goes ahead. This is a safeguard against accidental deletion — it's normal, and it means the action is deliberate and traceable.
Status and Enabled
Many records have an Enabled toggle or a Status (Enabled/Disabled, Active/Expired, etc.). Disabling usually hides or deactivates a record without deleting it, so you can turn it back on later.
