Packages Overview

Overview

Packages are the plans and paid extras your ISP sells. Everything a subscriber can buy is defined here:

  • Internet packages — the main plans (speed, data limit, validity, price). This tab also holds Speed Boosters and Top-ups.
  • IPTV — television subscription packs.
  • OTT — over-the-top streaming packs (e.g. OTTplay, Watcho).
  • Addons — optional paid extras added on top of a plan.

You choose the tab at the top of the page to work with each kind.

Important Notes

  • A package must belong to a Package Group — set these up first.
  • Editing a package's price or limits affects future billing for subscribers on that plan.
  • Disabling a package hides it from new sign-ups but does not remove it from existing subscribers.

Common Mistakes

  • Creating a plan without the right Package Group.
  • Confusing a Top-up (adds data/time to an existing plan) with a Speed Booster (temporary speed increase).
