Reports

Overview

The Reports module is where you answer questions about your business — who is online right now, how much you sold this month, who owes money, which IPs are free, whether a customer received their SMS, and much more. It pulls together the data already in the system and presents it as filterable, exportable tables.

There are 33 reports, grouped in these guides by what they help you do:

:::note What you see may differ Every report is permission-gated — you only see the reports your role is allowed to open. A few reports (Site Balance, Revenue Share, Partnership) also depend on your site's business model, so most operators only ever see the ones that apply to them. :::

How every report works

Almost all reports follow the same pattern, so once you learn one you know them all.

Each report opens with a filter bar and a Search button. The results table stays hidden until you run a search. Common filters include:

  • Date — a "from – to" range with quick presets (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month). Most reports default to roughly the last month.
  • Subscriber Username — a type-ahead box: start typing and pick the customer.
  • Package, Sub Group, Zone, Node, Status — dropdowns to narrow the list.

Set what you need and click Search to load the data.

2. Read the summary tiles

Many reports show summary tiles above the table — for example Total Sales / Paid / Unpaid on the Sales reports, or Accept / Reject counts on the log reports. These totals are calculated across all matching rows, not just the page you are looking at.

3. Work with the results table

Every results table gives you:

  • Rows per page — 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 500, or Show all.
  • Column — a button to show or hide individual columns. Reports often have many columns and most staff hide the ones they don't need.
  • Search box — a quick filter over the rows already loaded.
  • Clickable cells — usernames, package names and invoice numbers are shortcuts to the relevant edit screen.

4. Export (Copy / Excel / Print)

If your role has the Export Data permission, each table shows an Export menu with Copy, Excel and Print. Export and Print respect the columns you currently have visible, so hide the columns you don't want before exporting. If you don't have the export permission, the Export menu simply won't appear.

:::info Privacy masking Email, mobile, phone and address values may appear partly hidden depending on your role's privacy permission. This is a role setting, not a report setting — so two staff members can see different levels of contact detail in the same report. :::

:::info Everything is scoped to your site Reports only ever show data for the site you are logged into. (The one exception is Active Subscribers History, which can span multiple sites for admin-level accounts.) :::
