Customer Info & Notes Reports
These reports surface the free-text and custom information staff have recorded against customers — equipment notes, your own custom fields, and general notes.
All share the standard interface (filter bar → Search → results table). See How every report works. Usernames link to the subscriber.
CPE Information
Menu: Reports → CPE Information
Lists the CPE (customer-premises equipment) notes recorded against subscribers — router model, ONU serial, installation notes, and so on.
Use it when you need the hardware/installation notes on file for a customer.
Filters: Date, Subscriber Username, Contains (search within the note text).
Columns: Username, Note, Created By, Created At, Updated At.
For lease-type subscribers, the static IPv4 address is shown in place of the username.
Additional Info
Menu: Reports → Additional Info
Reports on your own custom subscriber fields — the extra fields your site has defined — so you can search customers by any custom attribute.
Use it when you want to find or list customers by a custom field you've configured.
Filters: Date, Subscriber Username, Additional Field (pick one of your configured field labels), Additional Field Value (search within the value).
Key columns: Username, Field Label, Field Value, Input Type, plus the full contact/account column set.
The Additional Field dropdown only lists the text-type custom fields defined for subscribers on your site.
General Notes
Menu: Reports → General Notes
Lists the general notes staff have logged against subscribers — support notes, reminders and comments — with full customer context.
Use it when you want to review what's been noted about a customer, group, zone or node.
Filters: Date, Subscriber Username, Sub Group, Zone, Node.
Key columns: Username, Note, plus the full contact/account column set.
Long notes are shortened with a hover tooltip unless your site is set to show full text in lists.
