Billing Dates
Overview
These actions move the dates that govern a subscriber's service and billing, without a full recharge:
- Change Expiry Date — move when the plan lapses.
- Change Due Date — move an invoice's due date (prepaid).
- Adjust Billing Dates — re-align a postpaid billing cycle.
Required Permissions
- Subscriber → Change Expiry Date / Change Due Date / Adjust Billing Dates.

Change Expiry Date
Other Actions ▾ → Change Expiry Date moves when the plan expires:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Add Days | A helper — type a number of days to shift the date. |
| Expiry Date | The exact new expiry date. |
| Remark | Audit note. |
Use it to grant goodwill days or correct an expiry without taking payment.
Change Due Date (prepaid)
Other Actions ▾ → Change Due Date moves an invoice's due date:

Adjust Billing Dates (postpaid)
Other Actions ▾ → Adjust Billing Dates re-aligns a postpaid subscriber's cycle:

| Auto Adjust With | None / Last month / Current month. |
| Start Date | Recurring cycle start. |
| End Date (Due Date) | Cycle end / due date. |
| Disconnection Date | When service stops if unpaid. |
| Deactivation Date | When the account deactivates. |
| Remark | Audit note. |
Important Notes
- Change Expiry Date extends service without payment — a handy goodwill tool, and a common later source of "why did this subscriber get free time?" Always leave a Remark.
- Postpaid Adjust Billing Dates changes when the customer is billed, disconnected and deactivated — check all four dates before saving.
