Data & Time Limits
Overview
These actions adjust the subscriber's allowances and usage counters — how much data or time they have, and clearing what they've used:
- Set Data Limit — add to or set the data allowance.
- Set Uptime Limit — add to or set the time allowance.
- Reset Data Usage — zero the usage counters (e.g. to lift an FUP throttle).
Required Permissions
- Subscriber → Set Data Limit / Set Uptime Limit and the reset-usage permission.

Set Data Limit
Other Actions ▾ → Set Data Limit:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ADD / SET | SET replaces the allowance with the value; ADD adds the value to the current allowance. |
| Data Limit (MB) | The amount. |
| Remark | Audit note. |
Set Uptime Limit
Other Actions ▾ → Set Uptime Limit:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ADD / SET | Replace or add to the time allowance. |
| Uptime Limit (hours) | The amount. |
| Remark | Audit note. |
Reset Data Usage
Other Actions ▾ → Reset Data Usage clears the subscriber's usage counters:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Reset Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Which counters to clear. |
| Remark | Audit note. |
Use it to immediately lift an FUP throttle (the subscriber's speed returns once their counted usage drops below the FUP threshold) or to correct a mis-count.
Important Notes
- SET overwrites the current allowance — use ADD to top up instead of replacing.
- Reset Data Usage affects FUP and data-limit calculations right away.
- These change allowances/usage, not the subscriber's expiry date — for dates see Billing Dates.
