Login as Subscriber

Overview​

These actions let you see the customer's own view and share quick self-service links:

  • Login as Subscriber — open the customer's self-care portal as them.
  • Copy Auto Login URL — copy a link that logs the customer straight into their portal.
  • Copy Renew URL — copy a link that takes the customer to renew/pay.

Required Permissions​

  • Subscriber → Login as Subscriber.

Subscribers → (open a subscriber) → Other Actions ▾

Login as Subscriber​

Other Actions ▾ → Login as Subscriber opens the customer's self-care portal (UCP) in a new tab, logged in as them. Use it to see exactly what the customer sees — their plan, usage, invoices and renewal options — which is invaluable when helping over the phone.

Treat this as acting on the customer's behalf: use it only to assist them, and don't make changes in their portal they didn't ask for.

Copy Auto Login URL​

Other Actions ▾ → Copy Auto Login URL copies a link you can send the customer that logs them straight into their portal — handy for customers who struggle to sign in.

Copy Renew URL​

Other Actions ▾ → Copy Renew URL copies a link that takes the customer directly to the renew/pay page for their plan — useful to include in a reminder message.

Important Notes​

  • Login as Subscriber and the auto-login / renew URLs act as the customer — use them only to help that customer.
  • Share these links only with the customer themselves, over a channel you trust, since anyone with the link can access or pay on the account.
