Override Bandwidth
Overview
Override Bandwidth gives one subscriber custom speeds that override their plan for a set period — for example a temporary boost, or a throttle while an issue is investigated — without changing their package.
This is the unbilled twin of a Speed Booster: a booster raises speed for N days and raises an invoice, while an override is manual and free of billing with an end date/time. See Extras & Overrides.

- Subscriber → Override Bandwidth.

Fields

| Down / Up Speed (+ unit) | The overridden speeds. |
| Min Down / Up Speed (+ unit) | Guaranteed minimum speeds. |
| Burstable | Allow a burst; reveals the burst fields. |
| Burst Down/Up Speed, Threshold, Times | Burst behaviour (a higher speed allowed briefly). |
| Priority | Bandwidth priority. |
| End Date | When the override stops and the plan speed returns. |

While an override is active, the header's Quick Information shows an Overrided-bandwidth badge.
Cancel an override early
Other Actions ▾ → Cancel Override Bandwidth removes an active override before its end date, returning the subscriber to the plan speed immediately.
Important Notes
- The override ignores the plan speed until the End Date — this is a common reason a subscriber's speed looks "wrong" versus their package.
- Always set an End Date so a temporary change doesn't become permanent by accident.
