Important Notes
- ⚠ This sends a real message to the customer. Check the wording and the channel before sending.
- Each channel must be configured in your notification settings, and the customer must have the matching contact detail (mobile for SMS/WhatsApp, email for Mail) for delivery to succeed.
- This is outbound customer communication — distinct from an internal General Note, which only staff see.
