Extras & Overrides
Overview
Beyond the main internet plan, several things can be added to a subscriber — some are bundled with the plan, most are manual one-offs, and a couple are overrides that change speed or price without following normal billing. This page explains how each relates to billing so you pick the right tool.
What can be bundled vs what is manual

So: only IPTV/OTT can ride along with the internet package; top-ups and add-ons are always applied manually to the subscriber (see Top-ups, Boosters & Add-ons).
Recharging the main plan when service is still running
When you recharge the main internet package and the subscriber already has active service, the system asks how to apply it:
- Add in advance — queue the recharge to take effect when the current plan next expires (an Advance Recharge).
- Overwrite now — apply it immediately, replacing the current period.
Choose advance to extend without disturbing the running plan, or overwrite to change it right away.
Speed Booster (temporary speed, billed)
A Speed Booster adds extra speed for a set number of days and generates its own separate invoice. When the allowed days pass, the system automatically reverts the subscriber to their package's native speed. Use it to sell a temporary speed bump. See Top-ups, Boosters & Add-ons.
Override Bandwidth (temporary speed, not billed)
Override Bandwidth (Other Actions) does the same thing as a speed booster — but without any billing. It's a manual speed override with an end date/time; when that passes, the subscriber returns to the plan speed. Use it for goodwill or troubleshooting, where you don't want to raise a charge.

Overwrite Package Price
The ISP can set a custom price for one subscriber's plan, different from the package's list price — Other Actions ▾ → Overwrite Package Price (Change Package & Price). From then on, that subscriber's renewals use the overwritten price.
Important Notes
- Only IPTV/OTT bundles with the internet plan; top-ups and add-ons are manual and separate.
- IPTV/OTT separate recharges are manual — they don't auto-renew with the plan.
- Speed Booster = billed, Override Bandwidth = not billed — otherwise they behave alike.
- Overwrite Package Price persists across renewals until you change it back.
