Bulk Actions
Overview
Bulk actions let you change many subscribers at once. On the subscriber list (or the Find results), tick the checkbox on the rows you want, and an Action menu appears with a count of how many are selected. Pick an action and it applies to every selected subscriber.
This is how you do things like "renew everyone who expired today", "disable these ten defaulters", or "move this street to a new NAS".
Who Can Use This Feature
Staff whose role grants the specific bulk action — each item is permission-gated, so you only see the ones you're allowed to run.
Required Permissions
- Subscriber → List (or Find) to select subscribers.
- The matching permission for each action (e.g. Bulk Renew, Terminate, Change Package).
How to Use
- On the subscriber list or Find results, tick the checkbox on each subscriber you want (or the header checkbox to select the page).
- Select the Action menu that appears (it shows the selected count).
- Choose an action and complete its dialog.
- Confirm — the change applies to all selected subscribers.

Important Notes
- ⚠ Bulk actions are powerful and hit every selected subscriber. Re-check your selection and the count before confirming.
- Actions like Terminate, Disable and Delete affect real customers' service — use with care.
- Bulk Renew can take real payment/wallet balance depending on how it's set up.
- You only see actions your role permits.
Common Mistakes
- Leaving the header checkbox ticked from a previous page and acting on more subscribers than intended.
- Using Delete when Disable or Terminate was meant.
- Bulk-renewing a mixed selection where some plans differ — check each one suits the renewal.
