Super Admin
Overview
Almost everything in this documentation describes the operator portal — the day-to-day workspace for running a single site. Above that sits the Admin panel (the Super Admin area), used by the ISP owner or main administrator to manage every site from one place.
If your business runs more than one site — for example a head office plus resellers or franchise partners — the Admin panel is where you create those sites, set their limits, share packages to them, and keep an eye on the server itself.
Getting to the Admin panel
From any site's operator portal, click the green Back to Admin button in the top bar. You'll land on the Admin Dashboard.
:::note Who sees this Only main administrator accounts can switch to the Admin panel — the Back to Admin button simply isn't shown to ordinary site staff. To return to a site from the Admin panel, open that site (Site → Sites) and use Login to Site. :::
What's in this section
The Admin sidebar repeats many of the same modules you already know — Dashboard, Networking, Packages, Subscribers, Finance, CRM, Tickets, Inventory, TR-069, Monitoring and Reports — except they now work across all sites instead of one. Because they behave exactly like their operator counterparts, they're already covered in their own module guides.
This section documents the parts that are only found in the Admin panel:

:::note Admin config vs. operator config The Admin panel's Config menu (Site, Billing, KYC, Notifications, Payment Gateways, Subscriber Portal, ACS, Tally, OTT, IPTV, LibreQoS) mirrors the operator Config module — the same settings, applied from the admin side. The one item unique to the Admin panel is API, so that's the only Config page covered here. :::
:::caution Powerful area Actions here affect entire sites and the server. Changing a site's business type, expiry date, license limits, or running a backup are administrator-level operations — only the main administrator (or roles you deliberately grant admin permissions) should have access. :::
