Overview

The Tools menu holds two utilities that don't belong to any single billing area — one for reaching your customers, one for seeing them on a map.

Tool	What it does
Announcement	Compose a message and broadcast it to many subscribers at once — over Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Push or the customer portal — at a scheduled time.
Network Map	Plot your subscribers on a map by their GPS location, colour-coded by account status.

Both are permission-gated, so you'll only see the ones your role allows.
